When we drove it home unfortunately a warning light came on we contracted Naveed who came out straight away and collected car .He then drove me to train station so Icould get home .He replaced faulty part and dropped the car off when repaired in an efficient and speedy manor .He even filled petrol tank to full .He couldn’t be more apologetic and helpful.I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him .

They offer 6 month’s premium warranty and breakdown cover for a year which is more than you get from the average garage. All the vehicles here are in good condition. Purchased a BMW from them just before Christmas. Two days later the rear parking light and fog light failed. Told as it’s an LED light it needed a new unit. The warranty didn’t cover this and no offer from M&R motors to even pay something towards the £200 bill for fixing it.

It was a very satisfying experience. I was buying my first car. Naveed was very kind and understanding. We went for a test drive and he explained about the car. He also offered a discount on 5-day insurance on the car provided by AA. This was great since I could take the car immediately and had a lot of time looking for the cheapest car insurance online. Since I was buying an old car I wasn't expecting everything in the car to be perfect. It would have been better to point out the faults in the window controls (with the driver) of the front door of the passenger side. It does not work properly. Other than that I am very happy with the service and the car.

Naveed is a very good guy, running his shop in a friendly and effective way. The car that was sold to me is of a good quality and was good value for money. There are some things that are worth knowing for a prospective buyer:
1) Remember that you need to tax the car; Naveed provides you with a long MOT, but it's your responsibility to tax the car. Naveed didn't remind me about it, I forgot and drove an untaxed car for a few days.
2) The warranty provided by Naveed does not cover original parts. So if you take your car to a certified service shop, the repairs will not be covered. I feel that Naveed should've mentioned this - at the same time, it's in the handbook of the warranty, so again if you read it, you will know
3) The car wasn't washed or vacuumed - I think I just got unlucky, so yours will probably be squeaky clean

Overall, you can trust Naveed as he cares about the cars he sells and the customers he sells to.

I have been buying since 2005 2nd hand cars. First time I have seen honest person who is the owner of m& r motors. He will tell you everything about the car if there’s anything wrong with the car he is always happy to repair that or he is happy to refund all your money back. Vehicle exactly as described and had been properly cleaned and prepared for sale. All documentation was exactly as advertised. Had a long test drive and happy to have found a good clean car and pleased with car and sale. I'm hard to please but these guys have respect for their vehicles and customers -nice to see these days.

Qaiser Naveed was extremely pleasant to deal with, nothing was too much trouble -- he even offered to meet outside trading hours to hand over the car should we be delayed by traffic.

I got approved for finance for a new car and within 48 hours this company had the car delivered to me. The car is lovely, all the paperwork has been signed, this company we’re really patient with the process as it was stressful due to the money not being released. Bought a 2006 Mercedes Benz travelled over 100 miles to view the car. It had been cleaned and was well presented. Navid was very welcoming and relaxing to deal with.
